Back End PHP Developer

As a backend software developer, you will be building the core of the company for the years to come. Our ever-growing in-house platform needs more expertise to deliver to our customers a cutting edge experience with unique features in our sector. We love the LEMP stack, moreover you will also have the opportunity to use Vue.js, LXC, Redis, Cassandra, GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Hadoop and that is just a sample as we are always looking into new tech to broad our stack.

Main Responsebilities

• Implementing efficient and performant backend code using Laravel as a PHP framework
• Designing and implementing high-availability and scalable applications, surrounded by micro services and third-party APIs
• Cooperating with the multiple teams and close the gap between stakeholders and developers, with ability to look at a problem and come up with practical solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

• You have experience in a comparable software development role and you master PHP as programming language, Laravel experience is not a requisite but would be an advantage
• You are passionate about efficient and readable code, plus you enjoy every chance you get to apply your knowledge on software design patterns
• Experienced with rational databases, especially MySQL, and eager to learn and work also with NoSQL likeRedis and Cassandra
• You have a good level of knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS and you can develop on Linux environments
• You can work with minimal supervision
• Good communicator in both verbal and written English
• Experienced in building scalable and high-performance applications in a complex architecture and you are a pro developing RESTfull web services
